异步电动机的三V形接法,是分别将主绕组Wa1、Wb1、Wc1 的首端连接为A1、B1、C1,并将副绕组Wc2、Wa2、Wb2 的末端对应联接,构成夹角为60 度的V形接线,引出九个接线端;用接于三对或三个接线端的主电容器C01、C02、C03 进行主导的电流内补偿,并用接于三对接线端的副电容器C04、C05、C06 配合调节器进行PWM控制动态调节,达到功率因数接近1.0 的内补偿效果;可将三相绕线式转子绕组短时与副绕组三端联接,并用三相调节器进行重载的电机起动.
Research on Automatic Internal Compensation Technology for Asynchronous Motors
The three-V connection method of asynchronous motors involves connecting the initial ends of the main winding Wa1,Wb1,and Wc1 to A1,B1,and C1 respectively,and connecting the corresponding terminal ends of the secondary winding Wc2,Wa2,and Wb2,forming a V-shaped connection with a 60-degree angle and nine connection terminals.The main dominant current compensation is achieved by connecting the main capacitors C01,C02,and C03 to three pairs or three connection terminals,while the secondary capacitors C04,C05,and C06,connected to three pairs of connection terminals,are dynamically adjusted through PWM control using a regu-lator to achieve internal compensation with a power factor close to 1.0.The three-phase winding-type rotor winding can be temporarily connected to the terminals of the secondary winding,and motor startup with heavy loads can be achieved using a three-phase controller.
