为了提高电缆局部放电检测精度,提出了一种基于小波去噪和LSSVM的电缆局部放电检测方法.利用小波变换去除电缆局部放电信号中的噪声,采用奇异值谱对电缆局部放电特征进行提取,并将提取结果作为LSSVM的支持向量,在此基础上建立局部放电的LSSVM分类器;采用实际算例进行仿真分析,结果表明,本文所提电缆局部放电检测方法的检测结果只出现了2 次错误,检测精度为95%,检测效果好于其他方法,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.
Cable Partial Discharge Detection Based on Wavelet Denoising and LSSVM
In order to improve the accuracy of cable partial discharge detection,this paper proposes a cable partial discharge detection method based on wavelet denoising and LSSVM.Using wavelet transform to remove noise from cable partial discharge signals,singular value spectrum is used to extract cable partial discharge features,and the extracted results are used as support vectors for LSSVM.Based on this,an LSSVM classifier for partial dis-charge is established.The simulation analysis using actual examples shows that the detection results of the cable partial discharge detection method proposed in this paper only show two errors,with a detection accuracy of 95%.The detection effect is better than other methods,verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
