一种新型昼夜混光模式的微光OLED显示器

所研制的新型双冗余混光型夜视兼容背光模组采用白灯OLED和彩灯OLED上下双冗余交错方式排布.背光导光板采用上下两块叠层设计,上面导光板对应彩灯,下面导光板对应白灯,两层导光板通过光学胶绑定在一起.白灯和彩灯分别有各自的调光电路,并根据昼夜模式切换进行白灯和彩灯切换.白灯和彩灯交错布局在铝基板上,铝基板放置到一个亚克力结构里,并用密封胶装配到双层导光板的上下两侧.在白玻璃和夜视滤光片中间夹入各种光学膜,自背光方向开始分别是扩散膜、BEF增亮膜、DBEF增亮膜等.光学膜组合好后在光学膜组的四周贴上包膜胶带固定,再将双导光板与夜视玻璃邦定在一起.
A New Type of Low-light OLED Display with Day-night Mixed Light Mode
This paper introduces a novel dual-redundant mixed-light night vision compatible backlight module,which features a double-redundant staggered arrangement of white OLED and colored OLED.The backlight guiding plate is designed with two layers stacked together,with the upper guiding plate corresponding to the color light and the lower guiding plate corresponding to the white light.These two layers of guiding plates are bonded together using optical adhesive.White light and color light each have their own dimming circuits,and the switch between them is based on the day-night mode.The white and color lights are interleaved on an aluminum substrate,which is placed into an acrylic structure and assembled with sealing adhesive to the upper and lower sides of the double-layer guiding plates.Various optical films,including diffusion films,BEF brightening films,and DBEF brightening films,are inserted between the white glass and the night vision filter.Once the optical film combination is com-plete,adhesive tape is applied around the optical film assembly to secure it,and then the double guiding plates are bonded to the night vision glass.
