电动汽车锂电池SOC估算系统设计

为了实现对电动汽车动力锂电池SOC的准确估计,对电锂电池SOC估算系统进行了设计,设计内容主要包括电压模块、电流模块、温度模块和CAN通信模块的硬件设计和程序设计.采用实际运行的磷酸铁锂电池进行系统测试,结果表明,电压、电流和温度的采集效果较好,数据测量误差均不超过2%,验证了所提SOC估算系统的实用性和有效性.
Design of SOC Estimation System for Lithium Battery of Electric Vehicle
In order to achieve the accurate estimation of electric vehicle power lithium battery SOC,this paper designs the SOC estimation system of electric lithium battery,which mainly includes the hardware design and pro-gram design of voltage module,current module,temperature module and CAN communication module.The system is tested by using the actual lithium iron phosphate battery.The results show that the acquisition effect of voltage,current and temperature is good,and the measurement error of data is less than 2%,which verifies the practicabili-ty and effectiveness of the proposed SOC estimation system.
