冲击激励校准下汽车压力传感器信号小波变换降噪

冲击激励校准处理汽车压力传感器信号的频率响应函数估计结果受噪声影响很大,为此对信号进行降噪时选用小波变换方式,实际降噪时需参考此阈值,确保降噪效果达到最佳.研究结果表明:在阈值降噪时相比于小波变换方法,SNR采用本文方式的提升幅度更高,信号响应控制精度更高.压力传感器输出信号噪声可通过本文方法得到有效消除,传感器输出信号后显著降低,平滑度得到大幅增长.本研究有助于提高汽车发动机机油压力检测精度,保证平稳行驶.
Noise Reduction of Automotive Pressure Sensor Signal by Wavelet Transform Under Shock Excitation Calibration
The estimation result of frequency response function of automobile pressure sensor signal processed by shock excitation calibration is greatly affected by noise.Therefore,wavelet transform is selected for signal de-noising.The threshold value should be referred to in actual denoising to ensure the best noise reduction effect.The results show that compared with the wavelet transform method,the SNR method in this paper has higher lifting am-plitude and higher signal response control precision.The output signal noise of the pressure sensor can be effective-ly eliminated by the method presented in this paper,and the output signal of the sensor can be significantly re-duced,and the smoothness can be greatly increased.This research is helpful to improve the detection accuracy of automobile engine oil pressure and ensure smooth driving.
