基于TMS570 芯片采用闭环控制方式设计了一种低成本可扩展的步进电机控制电路,以DRV8845 作为功率驱动单元、INA241A作为反馈检测单元简化了实际外围硬件电路结构,同时采用多路模拟开关提高反馈信号的可扩展性,保证了系统可靠性的同时节约了布局布线资源.对整个电路的设计方案以及主要相关技术进行了简要介绍,经过实验验证,所设计的电路能够完成步进电机有效控制.
A Low-cost And Scalable Stepper Motor Control Circuit
A low-cost and scalable stepper motor control circuit is designed using closed-loop control method based on the TMS570 chip.DRV8845 is used as the power driving unit and INA241A as the feedback detection u-nit to simplify the actual peripheral hardware circuit structure.At the same time,multiple analog switches are used to improve the scalability of the feedback signal to ensure the system reliability while saving layout and wiring re-sources.A brief introduction is given to the design scheme and main related technologies of the entire circuit.After experimental verification,the designed circuit can effectively control the stepper motor.
