摘要

目前,随着航空航天技术的不断推进,机电系统产品多采用分布式控制的策略进行产品管理.为了满足分布式控制的要求,机电产品逐渐按照分布式区域进行布置,功能相近的产品按照系统被集中安装在机上的区域.然而,目前机载产品软件多采用人工连接调试线缆的方式进行软件升级,但此种方式在现有狭窄、封闭的区域实施极为困难,造成产品软件升级效率大幅降低.为了解决现有工程难题,提出了一种接口可配置的软件在线加载方法,能够通过配置满足多种通讯总线接口实现在线加载,打破了受限于产品安装位置的壁垒,极大地提高了机载软件的软件升级效率.

Abstract

Currently,with the continuous advancement of aerospace technology,mechanical and electrical products often adopt distributed control strategies for product management.In order to meet the requirements of dis-tributed control,electromechanical products are gradually arranged according to distributed areas,and products with similar functions are centrally installed in the area on the machine according to the system.However,current-ly,airbone product software is mostly upgraded by manually connecting and debugging cables.However,this meth-od is extremely difficult to implement in existing narrow and enclosed areas,resulting in a significant reduction in product software upgrade efficiency.In order to solve existing engineering problems,this article proposes a software online loading method with configurable interfaces,which can achieve online loading by configuring multiple com-munication bus interfaces,breaking the barriers limited by product installation location,and greatly improving the upgrade efficiency of onboard software.
