某引进装备超高频调制器组合的国产化研究

为实现某引进装备超高频调制器组合的国产化功能替代,提出了一种基于逆向工程方法和超高频信号处理技术的新方法.采用该方法,通过破解组合电路构成,对组合功能和工作流程进行反设计,明确设计输入,实现了组合的国产化功能替代.目前,国产化超高频调制器组合已用于工厂装备修理和部队装备的维护保障,能够满足引进装备的正常使用要求.
Study on Localization of UHF Modulator Assembly of an Imported Weapon System
A new method based on reverse engineering and ultra-high frequency(UHF)signal processing tech-nology is proposed to achieve the localization function replacement of a certain imported equipment UHF modulator assembly.By using this method,the assembly function and workflow are reversely designed by cracking the compo-sition of the assembly circuit and clarifying the design input.At present,the domestically produced UHF modulator has been used in the repair of factory equipment and the maintenance of military equipment,which can meet the normal use requirements of imported equipment.
