光线在水下传播时因受到吸收散射、悬浮微粒等因素影响,水下成像质量差,出现颜色退化、对比度低和细节模糊等现象,严重影响水下生产作业的需要.为帮助研究者快速了解水下图像增强领域的研究算法和现有技术,对水下图像增强算法进行综述.首先分析造成水下图像退化的主要因素;详细梳理水下图像质量评价指标;最后对水下图像增强的未来研究趋势进行展望.
A Survey of Underwater Image Enhancement Algorithms
When light propagates underwater,it is affected by factors such as absorption and scattering,sus-pended particles,etc.,and the quality of underwater imaging is poor,with color degradation,low contrast,and blurred details,which seriously affects the needs of underwater production operations.In order to help researchers quickly understand the research algorithms and existing technologies in the field of underwater image enhancement,this paper summarizes the underwater image enhancement algorithms.Firstly,the main factors causing underwater image degradation are analyzed and the underwater image quality evaluation index is combed in detail;finally,the future research trend of underwater image enhancement is prospected.
