数字化转型背景下学分银行建设路径研究

数字化转型背景下,推进学分银行数字化是教育改革发展的关键增量.以大数据、人工智能等一系列信息化新技术改变着传统的教育范式和人的学习方式.基于学分银行数字化发展实践基础上,本文分析总结学分银行服务平台数字化建设困境,并提出对接政务服务开放共享接口、建立合作联盟促进成果互认、推进学习成果框架标准应用完善认证体系、创新运用技术拓宽应用场景等探索数字化转型背景下学分银行建设路径,以期完善数字化全民终身学习体系.
Under the background of digital transformation,promoting the digitization of credit bank is the key increment of education reform and development.A series of new information technology technologies such as big da-ta and artificial intelligence are changing the traditional education paradigm and the way people learn.Based on the practice of digital development of credit bank,this paper analyzes and summarizes the dilemma of digital construc-tion of credit bank service platform,and puts forward the construction path of credit bank under the background of digital transformation,such as docking government service open sharing interface,establishing cooperative alliance to promote mutual recognition of achievements,promoting the application of learning achievement framework stand-ards to improve the certification system,and innovating the application of technology to broaden the application sce-narios,so as to improve the digital lifelong learning system for all.
