摘要
逆向选择和信用管理,是新时代电子商务企业在市场服务当中面向市场用户所开展的两项支柱性管理机制.其中逆向选择所体现的是电子商务企业自身的市场定位和对于市场环境的熟悉程度,需要借助长期博弈模型机制来构建风险评估和期望值分析,由此最终来确定盈利模式;信用管理主要涉及到消费交易层面的市场信用,电子商务企业则需要借助售后评价的完善机制来提高信用管理的整体水平.现代化电子商务企业需要从以上两个方面来持续发力,不断打磨,优化升级,提升市场服务,打造更强的市场竞争力.
Abstract
Adverse selection and credit management are the two pillar management mechanisms that e-com-merce enterprises carry out in the market service for market users in the new era.The adverse selection reflects the market positioning of e-commerce enterprises and their familiarity with the market environment.It means that e-commerce enterprises need use the long-term game model mechanism to build risk evaluation and expectation val-ue analysis,and finally determine the profit model.Credit management mainly involves the market credit at the lev-el of consume and transactions.E-commerce enterprises need to improve the overall level of credit management with the help of the perfect mechanism of after-sales evaluation.Modern e-commerce enterprises need to contin-ue to make efforts from the above two aspects,constantly polish,optimize and upgrade,improve the market services and create stronger market competitiveness.
