摘要
本文依据陕西铁路工程职业技术学院工程造价省级专业群的实训基地(室)建设现状,进一步分析高水平专业群实训基地(室)项目建设过程中遇到的问题,创新实训室建设绩效评价思路,构建涵盖从项目建设需求的提出和研讨、到方案的编制与论证、经费的预算安排、立项申报和审批、招标采购、实施建设、验收及固定资产入账、交付使用等建设全过程的绩效评价体系,并提出提高实训基地(室)建设绩效的措施.旨在提升实训室项目建设资源配置效率和使用效益,以期为高职院校"双高计划"建设背景下进行实训基地(室)建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of the construction of training bases(rooms)for the provincial engi-neering cost professional group of Shaanxi Railway Engineering Vocational and Technical College,this article fur-ther analyzes the problems encountered in the construction process of high-level professional group training bases(rooms),innovates the performance evaluation thinking of training room construction,and constructs a comprehen-sive approach that covers the proposal and discussion of project construction requirements,formulation and demon-stration of plans,budget arrangement of funds,project application and approval A performance evaluation system for the entire construction process,including bidding procurement,implementation of construction,acceptance,fixed asset accounting,and delivery for use,and proposing measures to improve the performance of training base(room)construction.Aiming to improve the efficiency and utilization efficiency of resource allocation in the con-struction of training room projects,in order to provide reference for the construction of training bases(rooms)in the context of the"Double High Plan"in vocational colleges.
