根据机械铆镦工艺过程的变形特点,设计了钢铝异质板材铆镦连接的简易模具,并进行了系列铆镦试验,基于Abaqus平台建立了机械镦铆过程的有限元分析模型,分析了铆镦成形各阶段的成形特征,探讨了工艺参数对相对凹凸模间隙、相对底部厚度和相对镦挤距离的影响.结果表明,所建立的有限元模型较准确,最大误差为2.46%;铆接接头的相对颈部厚度分别与相对凹凸模间隙、相对底部厚度和相对镦挤距离成正相关,铆接接头的相对互锁值与其成负相关;整形过程增大了铆接接头的颈部厚度,但互锁值有所降低,当相对镦挤距离由0增大到0.44时,铆接接头的抗剪切强度提高了 18.7%,而剥离强度则降低了 24%.
Study on mechanical clinching-upsetting process of steel-aluminum sheets
According to the deformation characteristics of the mechanical clinching-upsetting process,the simple die for clinching-upset-ting connection of steel and aluminum heterogeneous plates was designed and a series of clinching-upsetting tests were carried out.Based on the Abaqus platform,the finite element analysis model of mechanical clinching-upsetting process was established,the forming charac-teristics of each stage of clinching-upsetting process were analyzed,and the influence of process parameters on the relative clearance be-tween punch and die,the relative bottom thickness and the relative upsetting distance was discussed.The results show that the established finite element model is accurate,and the maximum error is 2.46%.The relative neck thickness of the clinching joints is positively corre-lated with the relative clearance between punch and die,the relative bottom thickness and the relative upsetting distance,respectively.The relative interlock value of the clinching joints is negatively correlated with them.The reshaping stage increases the neck thickness of the clinching joints,but the interlock value decreases.When the relative upsetting distance increases from 0 to 0.44,the shear strength of the clinching joints increases by 18.7%,while the peel strength decreases by 24%.
