Research progress on forming technology of self-lubricating joint bearing
To alleviate the problems such as liner damage and high scrap rate caused by stress concentration during the forming process of joint bearings,researchers have analyzed the plastic deformation law,stress distribution,the relationship between inner and outer ring clear-ance and extrusion force,as well as influence of size and shape of the inner and outer rings on forming during the die fitting extrusion process of joint bearings.A large number of researchers have obtained experimental data on joint bearings formed by extrusion under different conditions through finite element simulation of joint bearing extrusion forming,which provids theoretical support and guidance for experiments.The research progresses based on the die fitting extrusion and non-mold assembly technology were reviewed,and the influence of die cavity shape and outer ring blank size on the mechanical properties and service life of joint bearings during forming process and after forming was discussed and analyzed.At the same time,the new forming technology for integral joint bearings was proposed,which provids reference for the develop-ment of the theory and technology of integrated linkage regulation and control of the entire manufacturing process of joint bearings.
