Research on bonding-punching-stacking process of amorphous alloy core
Aiming at the problem of poor cold processing performance of amorphous alloy at room temperature, resulting in the difficulty in carrying out conventional punching, which seriously limits its application in motor field,a bonding-punching-stacking process was pro-posed to improve the punching ability of amorphous alloy at room temperature.Firstly, multiple pieces of amorphous alloys were stacked and bonded into blanks with a certain thickness, and then the amorphous alloy blanks were punched, and finally the finished products af-ter punching were stacked into iron core products. The experiments show that the finished product section of the amorphous alloy produced by this process is smooth, the burr height is less than 5 µm,and the surface quality meets the stacking requirements, and the finished product after stacking meets the manufacturing requirements of the motor iron core.It solves the problems of poor punching quality and higher burr of amorphous alloy at room temperature.
