圆管三维多点辊柔性辊弯成形有限元仿真及不同强化模型对成形的影响

提出了一种采用同一套轧辊生产不同尺寸圆管的新型多点辊柔性辊弯成形工艺,进行了该工艺的有限元仿真.由于有限元建模过程需要对大量轧辊进行装配,并进行相关属性设置,工作繁琐且容易出错,因此基于Python语言在ABAQUS非线性有限元软件中对该成形工艺进行了前处理二次开发.实现了不同成形尺寸圆管的轧辊绘制、材料性能、边界条件、作业等属性自动有限元建模,极大地提高了有限元仿真建模效率以及正确率.针对圆管成形工艺中材料发生反复加载、卸载、再加载过程,基于所开发的前处理插件,调整并生成不同的成形工艺参数的圆管模型,分析了等向强化模型和随动强化模型对圆管多点辊柔性辊弯成形仿真的影响,发现采用随动强化模型的圆管多点辊柔性辊弯成形仿真结果与目标成形形状更相符.
Finite element simulation of 3D multi-point roller flexible roll forming of circular tube and effect of different hardening models on forming
A new multi-point roller flexible roll forming process of circular tube with different sizes using the same set of rollers was pro-posed,and finite element simulation of the process was carried out.Because the finite element modeling process needs to assemble a large number of rollers and set related attributes,which is tedious and error-prone,so the pre-processing secondary development of the forming process was carried out in ABAQUS nonlinear finite element software based on Python language.The automatic finite element modeling of roller drawing,material properties,boundary conditions,operations and other properties of circular tube with different forming sizes was realized,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of finite element simulation modeling.Aiming at the process of repeated load-ing,unloading and reloading of materials in circular tube forming process,the circular tube model with different forming process parame-ters was adjusted and generated based on the developed pre-processing plug-in,and the influence of isotropic hardening model and kine-matic hardening model on the simulation of multi-point roller flexible roll forming of circular tube was analyzed.It is found that the simula-tion results of multi-point roller flexible roll forming of circular tube with the kinematic hardening model are more consistent with the objec-tive forming shape.
