摘要

针对DP1180 和MS1500 两种超高强度钢,采用不同激光工艺参数对拉伸试样进行了激光热处理,通过基于数字图像相关(DIC)技术的单向拉伸实验和显微硬度测试获得激光热处理试样的力学性能并确定了最优激光热处理工艺参数.基于该参数对扩孔试样进行了激光热处理和扩孔实验,研究了激光热处理对两种超高强度钢扩孔性能的影响.结果表明,激光热处理后两种超高强度钢的扩孔性能均显著提升.DP1180 在激光功率 700 W、扫描速度 5 mm·s-1 热处理后的扩孔率较基材增加约 25.4%.MS1500 在激光功率 625 W、扫描速度 5 mm·s-1 热处理后的扩孔率较基材增加约 34.4%.

Abstract

For two kinds of ultra-high strength steels,DP1180 and MS1500,the laser heat treatment was carried out for tensile specimens with different laser process parameters,and the mechanical properties of the laser heat treatment specimens were obtained by uniaxial ten-sile experiments based on digital image correlation(DIC)technology and microhardness tests,and the optimal laser heat treatment process parameters were determined.Laser heat treatment and hole expansion experiments were carried out for hole expansion specimens based on the optimal process parameters,and the effects of laser heat treatment on the hole expansion performance of the two kinds of ul-tra-high strength steels were studied.The results show that the hole expansion performance of the two kinds of ultra-high strength steels are improved,the hole expansion rate of DP1180 after laser heat treatment with laser power of 700 W and scanning speed of 5 mm·s-1 is in-creased by about 25.4%compared with that of the base material.The hole expansion rate of MS1500 after laser heat treatment with laser power of 625 W and scanning speed of 5 mm·s-1 is increased by about 34.4%compared with that of the base material.
