退火处理对热轧Al/Mg/Al复合板界面微观组织与性能的影响

采用1 mm Al+3 mm Mg+1 mm Al的组坯方式,轧制温度为400℃,压下率为35%,热轧得到6061/AZ31B/6061 复合板.在退火温度为 200℃的条件下,研究了不同退火时间对复合板拉伸性能、界面结合、微观组织以及表面残余应力的影响.在保温时间分别为 0、0.5、1 和1.5 h情况下,分别进行拉伸实验、能谱分析、微观组织观察和残余应力测试.结果表明,当轧制压下率为 35%时,6061 铝合金和AZ31B镁合金能够通过热轧方法得到很好的复合;随着退火时间的增加,6061/AZ31B/6061 复合板的拉伸强度、伸长率和界面扩散厚度显著增加,且铝合金表面残余应力也增大.
Effect of annealing treatment on interfacial microstructure and properties of hot-rolled Al/Mg/Al laminated plates
6061/AZ31B/6061 laminated plates were obtained by hot rolling with the assembly method of 1 mm Al+3 mm Mg+1 mm Al at the rolling temperature of 400℃and the reduction rate of 35%.At the annealing temperature of 200℃,the effects of different annealing time on the tensile properties,interface bonding,microstructure and surface residual stress of the laminated plates were studied.Tensile experiments,energy spectrum analysis,microstructure observation and residual stress measurement were carried out under the conditions of holding time of 0,0.5,1.0 and 1.5 h,respectively.The results show that when the rolling reduction rate is 35%,6061 aluminum al-loy and AZ31B magnesium alloy can get good bonding by hot rolling method.With the increase of annealing time,the tensile strength,e-longation and interfacial diffusion thickness of 6061/AZ31B/6061 laminated plates increase significantly,and the residual stress on the surface of aluminum alloy also increases.
