摘要
全球化时代,建构网络意识形态话语权是抵御西方话语渗透的战略之需、捍卫主流意识形态权威的关键之举、巩固党长期执政地位的题中之义.当前,建构网络意识形态话语权面临着话语环境复杂、话语主体多元、话语媒介滞后、话语内容疏离等诸多困境.为此,亟需做好顶层设计和战略谋划:在加强立法监管中营造风清气正的话语环境、在强化队伍建设中打造多方协同的话语主体、在深化技术拓新中搭建行之有效的话语桥梁、在探寻情感共鸣中宣教生动写实的话语内容,以此提升网络意识形态话语权的引领力和凝聚力,促使互联网这一事关国家安全的"最大变量"成为推动社会主义事业发展进步的"最大增量".
Abstract
In the era of globalization,constructing the discourse power of network ideology is a strategic necessity to resist the infiltration of Western discourse,a key move to defend the authority of mainstream ideology,and a key measure to consolidate the long-term ruling position of the Party.Currently,constructing the discourse power of network ideology faces many challenges,such as complexity of discourse environment,diversity of discourse subjects,lagging of discourse media,and alienation of discourse content.Therefore,it is urgent to do a good job in top-level design and strategic planning,namely,creating a clean and upright discourse environment in strengthening legislative supervision,creating a multi-party collaborative discourse subject in strengthening team building,building an effective discourse bridge in deepening technological innovation,and publicizing and instructing vivid and realistic discourse content in exploring emotional resonance,in order to enhance the leadership and cohesion of network ideological discourse power and to promote the Internet,which is the"biggest variable"related to national security,to become the"largest increment"in promoting the development and progress of socialist cause.
