网络意识形态风险的主要表现、生成机理及破解之策

网络意识形态风险是网络场域中主流意识形态由外部冲击或内生问题引发的主流意识形态认同被消解、功能被弱化、价值被分化从而处于有效控制与无效控制之间的一种不确定状态,呈现出快速扩散性、渗透隐匿性、交叉叠加性特征。网络意识形态风险的生成机理在于现实利益冲突无法得到有效表达是逻辑起点、更新迭代的网络技术出现异化是技术支撑、网络中信息的频繁多元交流是助推因素、境外敌对势力的渗透破坏活动是外部条件。要做到防范化解网络意识形态风险需要:扛起政治责任,打赢防范网络意识形态风险的能力战;完善制度体系,打赢防范网络意识形态风险的防御战;加强网络管理,打赢防范网络意识形态风险的阵地战;进行伟大斗争,打赢防范网络意识形态风险的主动战。
The Main Manifestations,Generation Mechanisms,and Solutions to the Risks of Network Ideology
The risk of network ideology is an uncertain state between effective control and ineffective control in which the identity of the mainstream ideology in the network field is dissolved,its functions are weakened,and its value is differentiated due to external shocks or endogenous problems,showing the characteristics of rapid diffusion,penetration,concealment,and cross-superposition.The generation mechanism of network ideological risks lies in the fact that the inability to effectively express conflicts of interest in reality is the logical starting point,the alienation of updated and iterative network technology is the technical support,the frequent and diverse exchange of information in the internet is the driving factor,and the infiltration and destruction activities of foreign hostile forces are external conditions.To prevent and resolve the risks of network ideology,it is necessary to shoulder political responsibility and win the ability war to prevent the risks of network ideology,improve the institutional system and win the defensive battle against the risks of network ideology,strengthen network management and win the field battle to prevent the risks of network ideology,and carry out a great struggle and win the proactive battle to prevent the risks of network ideology.
