On the Competency Model of Curriculum Ideology and Politics for College Teachers
The proposal of college teachers'competency in curriculum ideology and politics is an inevitable product under the background of the contemporary"curriculum ideology and politics".It is also the ability and literacy that college teachers should possess in the future.Therefore,this study,based on competency theory,by using policy texts,job analysis and literature research,preliminarily extracts words about competency,and then extracts elements about competency from the interview content of the participants by using the method of behavioral event interview.Finally,based on a questionnaire survey with big samples,a competency model of curriculum ideology and politics for college teachers is formed,consisting of five primary indicators:cognition of curriculum ideology and politics,teachers'morality and style,knowledge and literacy,ability and quality,and personal traits,as well as 24 secondary indicators.This model theory has certain enlightening significance for improving college teachers'competence in curriculum ideology and politics,enhancing the effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics,and expanding the space for the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in colleges and universities.
