The "Predicament" and "Solution" of the "Anti-labor" Phenomenon among Young People
In recent years,the emergence of Internet buzzwords such as"involution","lying flat"and"lying down"has characterized the"anti-labor"phenomena of young people,such as the collective anxiety in the state of burnout of la-bor,soft resistance in the form of avoiding labor,and passive confrontation in the form of refusal to work.The main reasons for the formation of the"anti-labor"phenomenon are that cultural consumerism dissolves the value identity of young people's labor,the complex process of social transformation exacerbates the labor dilemma of young people,the poor family labor education leads to the misunderstanding of youth labor,and the self-perception bias weakens the self-labor identity of young people.To solve the phenomenon of"anti-labor"among young people,we must face the practical difficulties and de-velopment problems faced by the young generation,adhere to the Marxist concept of labor to build a strong identity of youth labor value,protect the rights and interests of youth labor development with a healthy and harmonious working environment,unite the joint force of youth labor education with family education that advocates labor,and strengthen the identity of young labor subjects with self-education that integrates knowledge and action,so as to realize the reshaping of young people's la-bor concept.
