摘要
党的自我革命制度规范体系是新时代新征程推进全面从严治党,实现党的自我革命制度化、规范化的重大战略举措,有其自身的生成逻辑、构建原则和实践路径.新时代完善党的自我革命制度规范体系必须深刻理解党的自我革命制度规范体系的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑;必须牢牢坚持以中国共产党的领导为根本保证、以党章为最高统领、以民主集中制为基本原则、以人民为中心的价值立场,制度治党、依规治党,更好地推进全面从严治党,从而以党的自我革命引领伟大社会革命.
Abstract
The institutional normative system of the Party's self-revolution is a major strategic measure to promote full and strict governance over the Party in the new era and new journey and to realize the institutionalization and standardization of the Party's self-revolution.It has its own generation logic,construction principles and practical path.To improve the in-stitutional normative system of the Party's self-revolution in the new era,we must deeply understand the theoretical,histori-cal and practical logic of the institutional normative system of the Party's self-revolution,firmly adhere to taking the leader-ship of the Communist Party of China as the fundamental guarantee,taking the Party Constitution as the supreme command,taking democratic centralism as the basic principle,and taking the people-centered value position,while governing the Par-ty by system and by rules and further strengthening full and strict governance over the Party,so as to lead the great social revolution with the Party's self-revolution.
