摘要
为了稳定后方,支援抗战,中国共产党在晋冀鲁豫边区不断进行革命和建设,特别注重提高乡村文化水平.这些乡村文化建设的举措充分反映在晋冀鲁豫《人民日报》的文本中.当时乡村建设以毛泽东新民主主义文化思想为指导,在改造旧艺人的同时,加强各种新旧文艺活动的展演;通过全民写稿的方式调动百姓投身办报事业,并利用文化棚、骡马大会等空间进行基层文化建设和信息传播;将卫生防疫与体育锻炼相结合,提高人们身体素质.总之,这些文化建设是党组织人民、发动人民、依靠人民的写照,并从中积累了宝贵的经验,如组织群众、参与式发展、文艺源于生活又服务于生活等.这些经验可以为当代乡村振兴提供重要借鉴.
Abstract
In order to stabilize the rear area and support the War of Resistance,the CPC continued to carry out revolu-tion and construction in the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border Region,paying special attention to improving the level of rural culture.These measures for rural cultural construction are fully reflected in the text of People's Daily in the area.At that time,rural construction was guided by Mao Zedong's Thought on New Democratic Culture,which not only transformed old artists but also strengthened the exhibition and performance of various new and old literary and artistic activities,while mobilizing the public to devote themselves to the newspaper industry through nationwide writing,and using spaces such as cultural sheds and horse gatherings for grassroots cultural construction and information dissemination,as well as combining hygiene and epidemic prevention with physical exercise to improve people's physical fitness.In short,these cultural con-structions are a reflection of the Party's organization of the people,mobilization of the people,and reliance on the people,and have accumulated valuable experience from them,such as organizing the masses,participatory development,and liter-ature and art originating from and serving life.These experiences provide important references for today's rural revitaliza-tion.
