新时代"两山"理论的生态政治意蕴探析

摘要
"两山"理论作为习近平生态文明思想的重要组成部分,是习近平站在生态政治的高度结合自身工作经验,着眼于经济社会和生态环境协调发展趋势提出的重要论断.新时代"两山"理论包含以人民为中心的生态政治立场、经济发展与生态保护双赢的生态政治智慧、以最严格制度最严密法治为保障的生态政治纪律和人与自然和谐共生现代化的生态政治图景等生态政治意蕴.新时代"两山"理论的生态政治意蕴对于建设美丽中国,引领生态文明现代化发展具有重要的现实意义.
Abstract
As a key part of Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,the theory of"Two Mountains"is an impor-tant assertion made by Xi Jinping from the perspective of ecopolitics,combined with his own work experience and focusing on the development trend of coordinating economic,social and ecological environments.The theory of"Two Mountains"in the new era contains ecopolitical implications such as the people-centered ecopolitical position,the ecopolitical wisdom of win-win economic development and ecological protection,the ecopolitical discipline guaranteed by the strictest system and the strictest rule of law,and the ecopolitical prospect of the modernization of the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature.These implications are of great practical significance for building a beautiful China and leading the modern de-velopment of ecological civilization.
