The Connotation Examination,Current Situation and Improvement Path of the Discourse Ability of the Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
How to enhance the discourse ability of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in the new era is not only an important issue for improving the quality and efficiency of ideological and po-litical theory courses in colleges and universities,but also an objective necessity for enhancing the attractiveness,interpre-tative power,and influence of the teachers' discourse,promoting the construction of the discourse system of the courses,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff for the courses in colleges and universities.To enhance the discourse ability of the teachers in the new era,we should start from the basic connotation of their discourse ability,clarify the real situation faced by their discourse ability,and solve the practical problems of improving their discourse ability by construc-ting a discourse identity of"insiders",consolidating the discourse practice of"guides",and optimizing the discourse rep-resentation of"caring people",so as to provide an optimized path for the high-quality development of ideological and politi-cal education in colleges and universities in the new era.
