高校思政课教师形象自我建构的价值旨趣及实践路径

高校思政课教师形象的自我建构,是高校思想政治课教师队伍建设的理论与实践发展的必然要求。高校思政课教师形象自我建构中的"自我",突出了高校思政课教师形象建构的主体性、自觉性和生成性。以"自我"为内驱力的高校思政课教师形象建构,有利于推动高校思政课教师队伍、思想政治理论课以及马克思主义理论学科建设,进而增强高校思政课的育人功能。在思想政治理论课的教育教学实践中,高校思政课教师应以研究者的眼光审视教学理论与教学实践中遇到的各种问题,不断反思自身的教育教学行为,自觉成为马克思主义原典的阅读者、思想政治教育工作的研究者、理论与实践相结合的践行者,实现自身的专业化发展。
The Value Purport and Practical Path to the Self-construction of the Image of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities
The self-construction of the image of teachers of ideological and political theory courses is an inevitable re-quirement for the theoretical and practical development of the construction of the teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The"self"in the self-construction activity highlights the subjectivity,con-sciousness,and generative nature of the image construction of the teachers.The image construction of the teachers in colle-ges and universities with"self"as the internal driving force is conducive to promoting the construction of the teaching staff of ideological and political theory courses,the ideological and political theory courses,and disciplines of Marxist theory,thereby enhancing the educational function of the courses in colleges and universities.In the education and teaching prac-tice of the courses,the teachers should examine various problems encountered in teaching theory and practice from the per-spective of researchers,constantly reflect on their own educational and teaching behaviors,so as to consciously become readers of Marxist classics,researchers of ideological and political education work,and practitioners who combine theory and practice,and achieve their professional development.
