The Generation Logic,Value Orientation and Practical Approaches of Empowering Rural Revitalization through Villagers' Self-governance
As the nerve endings and practical field of the Party's work in rural areas,villagers' self-governance is not only a solid foundation and experiential support for rural revitalization,but also the best choice to stimulate the endogenous development of rural areas.The article follows the thinking logic of"why empowerment can be achieved","what kind of empowerment can be achieved",and"how to empower".Firstly,the generation logic of empowering rural revitalization through villagers' self-governance has been clarified from four aspects:cultivating cultural soil through autonomous tradi-tions,providing practical experience through successful cases,strengthening institutional guarantees through national poli-cies,and responding to the needs of the times through governance systems.Secondly,based on the purpose,goals,and mission,the value orientation of empowering rural revitalization through villagers' self-governance is explained.Finally,the practical approach of empowering rural organizations,industries,culture,talents,and ecological revitalization through vil-lagers' self-governance is proposed from five aspects:village-level organizations,industrial self-governance,integration of three-level governance,entrepreneurship,and living environment.
