Promoting the Development of New Urbanization in Counties under the Rural Revitalization Strategy——A case study of the counties in central and western regions of Shandong Province
As the key link in the promotion of urban-rural integration,counties are the key to China's new urbaniza-tion construction and the main carrier for the construction of urbanization system.Taking the counties in the central and western regions of Shandong Province with relatively low urbanization level as an example,based on the current situation of new urbanization in the counties in the central and western regions,this paper analyzed the constraints on the development of new urbanization in the counties from the aspects of industrial division of labor,factor flow,spatial coordination and guarantee services,and put forward corresponding suggestions and measures in combination with the strategy of rural revital-ization.That is,with the help of rational division of labor between urban and rural industries,efficient flow of factors,opti-mal spatial layout and integrated promotion of urban and rural social security,the interactive integration of rural revitaliza-tion and urbanization development will be realized,and the development of new urbanization at the county level will be helped to reach a new level.
