The Challenges and Countermeasures of the Reform in Integrating New Media Technology into the Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities
The rapid development of new media technology has brought a new environment and convenient conditions for the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in universities.Effectively integrating new media technology into ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and making the teaching of the courses lively is not only the need for those courses to adapt to the development of the information age,but also an important part of improving the quality and efficiency of the course reform in colleges and universities.However,new media technology is a double-edged sword.In the process of promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in col-leges and universities,integrating new media technology into the teaching process has also encountered difficulties and chal-lenges,mainly manifested in three aspects:the disconnection between new media technology means and the teaching objec-tives of the courses,the low degree of integration between new media teaching forms and teaching content,and the contra-diction between the need for the application of new media technology and the insufficient media literacy of the teachers con-cerned.Therefore,teachers of ideological and political theory courses should make efforts in clarifying integration goals while adhering to the teaching philosophy of technology empowering content,expanding teaching channels while building an integrated interactive"online and offline"model,and enhancing their ability to use new media technology while improving their own media literacy,in order to assist in the effective integration of new media technology into ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
