网络首发论文的"零时滞"现象及其节点时间的标记

期刊论文从脱稿到首次被引用为论文的一个编辑传播周期,周期内存在着七个阶段性时滞,即投稿时滞、审稿时滞、印刷时滞、发行时滞、存储时滞、加工时滞、引用时滞。论文网络首发出版模式下,投稿、印刷、发行等阶段均出现零时滞现象,即时滞长度小于 1 天。基于此,网络首发论文时滞的最小计算单位不宜再使用"天",而应使用"秒"。与此同时,期刊论文编辑传播过程中的某些节点,如收稿、发表、送达、下载、首次被引用等时间的标记也应精确至"秒",以便实现论文闭环运动周期内时滞信息的精准化管理。
The"Non-Delay"Phenomenon in First Online Publications and the Marking of Node Time
The edition-dissemination cycle of journal articles,from submission to first citation,involves seven stages of time delays:submission,review,printing,distribution,storage,processing,and citation.However,first online publi-cations demonstrate a"non-delay"phenomenon across each stage,i.e.,the delay duration is less than one day.Based on this,for first online publications,the minimum unit of time delay measurement should be adapted from"day"to"sec-ond".Meanwhile,such specific points in the editorial and dissemination process of the journal articles as receipt,publica-tion,delivery,download,and first citation should also be recorded in"second"so as to allow for precise management of time delay information within the closed-loop motion cycle of articles.
