光催化制氢用纳米结构光催化剂的研究进展

纳米结构光催化剂由于其独特的性能优势已成为催化剂领域未来发展的必然趋势.综述了各种光解水制氢用纳米光催化剂的研究进展,如金属氧化物、金属硫化物、金属氮化及其复合物等,指出TiO_2已经也将会是光催化制氢中所用光催化剂最重要的一种,其它类型氧化物根据其性能特点在实际的光催化制氢系统中也能被有效应用,如何对纳米半导体材料进行合理裁剪和复合是纳米复合材料的研究重点.根据目前研究现状指出,结合不同的技术和方法,实现多技术集成将是今后光催化制氢纳米材料研究的主要方向.
Progress in research of nano-structured materials used for photocatalytic hydrogen generation
Nano-structured photocatalyst is expected to be a catalyst representing the future development trends in the field due to its unique performance advantages.This feature article outlines the progress in the nano-photocatalysts used for photocatalytic hydrogen production,such as metal oxides, metal sulfides,metal nitrides and their composites,etc.and points out that TiO_2 will one of the most important catalysts for photocatalytic hydrogen production;Based on their performances,other types of oxides can also be effectively used in the actual photocatalytic hydrogen production systems;How to reasonablely cut and composite the nano-semiconductor materials is the research focus of nano-composite materials.Finally,based on the current research,the author indicates a combination of different techniques and methods and multi-technology integration will provide a bright prospect for the development of the photocatalytic nano-materials.
