摘要
建立琥珀酸舒马曲坦固体分散体颗粒溶出度的测定方法。运用紫外分光光度法测定溶出度，检测波长228 nm，以乙醇水溶液为空白对照。结果表明，舒马曲坦的线性范围为0．4～20μg／mL时（R＝0．99995），平均回收率99．80％（n＝9，RSD＝0．21％），溶出度＞85％。本方法可用于舒马曲坦片剂或颗粒溶出度的测定。
Abstract
To establish a method to determine the dissolution of sumatriptan succinate (SS)solid disper-sions.The dissolution rate of SS was determined by UV,detection wavelength at 228 nm,and ethanol aqueous solution as blank control.Results showed that the linear range was 0.4 ~20 μg/mL (R =0.999 95),the average recovery rate was 99.80% (n =9,RSD =0.21%),the drug dissolution was above 85%.The method can be used for dissolution test of solid dispersion particles of SS or tablet.
