超声辅助提取甘蔗叶总黄酮与还原力的测定

以甘蔗叶为原料,采用超声波辅助法提取总黄酮.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定甘蔗叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并测定总黄酮的还原力.结果表明,总黄酮最佳提取条件为:超声波功率50 W,提取温度70℃,液料比30∶1 mL/g,提取时间25 min,乙醇体积分数80%,总黄酮提取量可达18.37 mg/g;甘蔗叶总黄酮具有一定的抗氧化活性.
Optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from sugarcane leaves and its reducing power measurement
The total flavonoids from sugarcane leaves were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted.Using single factor experiment and orthogonal test experiment to determine the optimum extracting process of total flavonoids from sugarcane leaves and measured its reducing power.The results showed that the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from sugarcane leaves are as follows:ultrasonic power 50 W,ultrasonic extraction temperature 70 ℃,liquid-to-material ratio 30∶1 mL/g,extraction time 25 min and ethanol volume fraction 80%.Under these conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 18.37 mg/g and the total flavonoids from sugarcane leaves has some antioxidant activity.
