Multi index orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari
Using orthogonal design method,with total flavonoids yield and the antioxidant capacity of strength as the evaluation index.The effects of extraction times,solvent concentration,extraction time,solid to liquid than the four factors of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari extraction effect;ultraviolet absorption method for the determination of the content of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari,DPPH method determination of total flavonoids antioxidant capacity.Results showed that the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari:herbs plus 8 times the amount of 65％ ethanol,extracting 3 times,each time 40 min.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari was 25.04％,and the antioxidant capacity is the best,and the DPPH free radical clearance was 53.55％.
