脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯是由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和丙烯酸通过酯化反应直接合成的,使用对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,对苯二酚作为阻聚剂。在此基础上探讨了反应物投料比、催化剂用量、催化剂种类、反应温度和反应时间对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,适宜的合成工艺条件为:n(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)∶n(丙烯酸)=1∶3,催化剂对甲苯磺酸的用量为1%(占脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的质量分数),反应温度为120℃,反应时间为3h,阻聚剂对苯二酚的用量为0。05%(占丙烯酸的质量分数),酯化反应的转化率可达90。70%。
Synthesis of fatty alcohols polyoxyethylene ether acrylates and analysis of influencing factors
Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether acrylate was synthesized directly from fatty alcohol polyoxy-ethylene ether and acrylic acid by esterification reaction,using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst and hy-droquinone as polymerization inhibitor.The effects of reactant feeding ratio,catalyst dosage,catalyst type,reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification reaction were investigated.The results showed that the suitable synthesis process conditions were:n(aliphatic alcohol ethoxylate)∶n(acrylic acid)= 1∶3,the amount of catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid was 1%(mass fraction of aliphatic alcohol ethoxylate),the reaction temperature was 120℃,the reaction time was 3 h,and the amount of resorcinol was 0.05%(mass fraction of acrylic acid).Under the above conditions,the conversion of the esterification reaction could reach 90.70%.
