离子液体润滑油添加剂的合成及性能研究

设计并合成了三种1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(DBU)衍生物脂肪酸型长链离子液体,考察了离子液体的油溶性、腐蚀性和抗磨减摩性,探讨了这些离子液体作为润滑油添加剂的可行性.结果表明,DBU衍生物脂肪酸型离子液体均具有良好的油溶性、对铜片无腐蚀性,同时能够改善油品的抗磨减摩性能.为高品质添加剂研制和开发提供了参考.
Study on the synthesis and properties of ionic liquid lubricant additives
Three kinds of 1,8-diazabicyclic[5.4.0]undecane-7-ene(DBU)derivatives fatty acid-based long-chain ionic liquids were designed and synthesized,the oil solubility,corrosion and anti-wear and anti-friction properties of ionic liquids were investigated,the feasibility of these ionic liquids as lubricating oil additives was discussed.The results showed that the fatty acid ionic liquids derived from DBU had good oil solubility and no corrosion to copper sheet,at the same time,the anti-wear and anti-friction property of the oil can be improved.It provides a reference for the research and development of high quality addi-tives.
