Synthesis of fatty alcohol block polyether sulfate
The structure of the surfactant was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and its low-tempera-ture solubility,surface properties,emulsification properties and dispersion properties were measured by turbidity,drop volume,water splitting time and dispersion index methods.The effects of reaction tempera-ture,reaction time,catalyst dosage and raw material ratio on the content of active substances in the prod-ucts were investigated by the single-factor experimental method,and the optimum synthesis reaction condi-tions were determined.The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature of 100℃,re-action time of 3 h,catalyst dosage of 1%of the total mass of the reactants and n(block polyether)∶n(sul-famic acid)=1∶1.5,the content of active substances in the products reached 96.49%.
