电化学合成2,5-二甲氧基-2,5-二氢呋喃甲醇工艺研究

以糠醇为原料,NaBr为电解质,甲醇为溶剂,利用电化学法合成焦袂康酸中间体2,5-二甲氧基-2,5-二氢呋喃甲醇,考察反应时间、NaBr添加量、反应温度对产率的影响。结果表明,反应时间与反应温度对产率有显著影响,NaBr添加量对产率影响不显著。当加入糠醇3 g(24 mmol),恒压15 V,最优条件为反应时间2。4 h,NaBr添加量为1。76 g,反应温度-10℃时,平均电流0。93 A,2,5-二甲氧基-2,5-二氢呋喃甲醇产率为67。9%。
Study on electrochemical synthesis of 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuranmethanol
Furfuryl alcohol as reactant,NaBr as electrolyte and methanol as solvent,2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuranmethanol,the intermediate of pyromellic acid,was synthesized by electrochemical method.The influence of reaction time,NaBr addition and reaction temperature on the yield was investigated.The results showed that the reaction time and rection temperature had a significant impact on the yield,while the amount of NaBr added had no significant impact on the yield.When furfuryl alcohol 3 g(24 mmol)was added,constant pressure was 15 V,the optimal conditions were reaction time 2.4 h,NaBr addition 1.76 g,reaction temperature-10℃,the average current was 0.93 A,and the yield of 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuranmethanol is 67.9%.
