摘要

研究了滑石粉表面改性后对聚丙烯(PP)管材的影响规律.将滑石粉、聚丙烯、表面改性剂等原料在塑料混炼机上充分混合,制成复合材料,用万能试验机测试其力学性能,采用傅里叶红外变换仪及XRD等分析复合材料的微观结构及官能团.结果表明,改性滑石粉与聚丙烯很有规律的复合,微观结构分布均匀,官能团发生了较大变化,PP∶滑石粉(改性后)=1∶3的复合材料力学性能达最佳.

Abstract

The influence of talc on polypropylene(PP)pipes after surface modification was studied.The main raw materials,talc,polypropylene,surface modifier were fully mixed in the plastic mixer to achieve several raw materials,become composite materials.The mechanical properties of the composites were test-ed by universal testing machine,and the microstructure and functional groups of the composites were stud-ied by Fourier transform and XRD.The results showed that:after modification,the filler can be composite with polypropylene regularly,the microstructure distribution is uniform,and the functional groups have a great change,PP∶talc(after modification)=1∶3,the mechanical properties of the composite are the best.
