摘要
综述了预交联型、缓膨型、核壳微球型和环境刺激响应型等功能性颗粒调堵体系的研究现状,颗粒型调堵体系能够克服常规凝胶堵剂初始黏度高不易于泵注、成胶时间不可控、地层水的稀释等缺点,近年来得到了积极发展.分析了颗粒体系的制备方法、组成成分、应用的环境条件等对颗粒物性及溶胀性能的影响,从颗粒的分子结构、颗粒间相互作用和动态运移行为等方面探讨了颗粒体系在油藏中的作用机理,对颗粒调堵体系的研究与应用进行了总结和展望,以期为油藏中后期水驱开发提高采收率提供技术与理论支持.
Abstract
The research status of functional particle plugging control systems such as pre crosslinking,slow expansion,core-shell microsphere and environmental stimulation response are reviewed.The particle plug-ging control system can overcome the shortcomings of conventional gel plugging agent,such as high initial viscosity,not easy to pump,uncontrollable gel forming time and dilution of formation water,it has been de-veloped actively in recent years.This paper analyzes the influence of preparation method,composition,ap-plication environmental conditions,etc.of particle system on particle physical properties and swelling per-formance,discusses the mechanism of particle system in reservoir from aspects of molecular structure of particles,interaction between particles and dynamic migration behavior,and finally summarizes and pros-pects the research and application of particle plugging control system,to provide technical and theoretical support for improving oil recovery through water drive development in the middle and later stages of oil reservoirs.
