丹磺酰氯作为荧光传感分子在金属离子识别中获得广泛应用.以荧光探针与金属离子之间的相互作用分别阐述,讨论了近10 年丹磺酰基识别受体在金属离子荧光探针领域中结构设计的研究进展.其传感机理涉及分子内诱导光电子转移、电荷转移、二甲氨基去质子化/质子化、单体-激基缔合物的生成、螯合增强荧光转移、络合反应、荧光共振能量转移等多种作用机制,探讨了各种作用机制下丹磺酰基团光响应信号的变化规律,如分子内电荷转移诱导的荧光淬灭、螯合作用导致荧光信号增强等不同响应方式.对丹磺酰基在荧光探针分子设计领域的应用前景进行了展望.
Research progress of application of dansyl chloride in the detection of metal ions
Dansyl chloride has been widely used in metal ion recognition as a fluorescent sensing mole-cule.The interaction between fluorescent probes and metal ions is summarized,and the research progress in the structural design of dansyl group receptors in the field of metal ion fluorescent probes since 2010 is discussed.Its sensing mechanism involves intramolecular induced photoelectron transfer,charge transfer,dimethylamino deprotonation/protonation,formation of monomer-excitation complex,chelate-enhanced flu-orescence transfer,complexation reaction,fluorescence resonance energy transfer,and other ones.The rules of the fluorescent responses of dansyl group under various mechanisms are also discussed,such as fluorescence quenching induced by intramolecular charge transfer and chelation triggered fluorescence en-hancement.The future application trends of dansyl group in the field of fluorescent probe design are pro-posed as well.
