从MFC型生物传感器的工作原理入手,主要关注该技术在挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)监测领域的研究进展,讨论了反应器构型、电极材料、分隔膜材料、电活性微生物等因素对MFC型生物传感器性能的影响,对MFC型生物传感器的发展进行了总结和展望,以期为提升MFC型生物传感器在VFA监测方面的性能奠定基础,为推动厌氧消化在线监测技术的创新发展提供思路。
Progress in monitoring volatile fatty acids in anaerobic digestion using MFC-based biosensor
Starting from the working principle of MFC-based biosensors,mainly introduced the research progress of this technology in volatile fatty acid detection field.The effects of reactor configuration,elec-trode materials,septum materials,electroactive microorganisms and other factors on the performance of MFC-based biosensors were discussed based on the principle of the MFC-based biosensors.The develop-ment of MFC-based biosensor was summarized and prospected,laying the foundation for improving the performance of MFC-based biosensor in VFA monitoring,and promoting the innovative development of on-line monitoring technology in anaerobic digestion.
