Study on oxygen filling and release performance of NaCl modified zeolite and its effect on ammonia nitrogen removal in black and odorous water
Based on the porous properties of natural zeolite and good selective adsorption characteristics of ammonia nitrogen,NaCl was used to modify it,and its oxygen-loading,oxygen-locking and slow-release ox-ygen capacity was studied, and the effects of initial ammonia nitrogen concentration, temperature,pH and other conditions on the adsorption ability of modified zeolite were studied by simulating black and odorous water. The results showed that 1.0 mol/L NaCl modified natural zeolite could increase the dissolved oxy-gen concentration in simulated black odor wastewater from 0.2 mg/L to 7.2 mg/L for several weeks. It was explained that the modified zeolite had the function of oxygen locking, and the slow-release effect of oxygen was obvious, which was conducive to the water treatment process that lasted for a long time.Under the conditions of 10 g/L,pH 7,temperature of 25 C and initial concentration of 30 mg/L,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can reach 91.0%,indicating that modified zeolite has a significant and efficient effect on improving the quality of high ammonia nitrogen.
