摘要

考察破乳剂种类、投加量、pH值以及混凝剂种类、投加量、pH值对兰炭废水COD去除率的影响.结果表明,破乳剂采用脂肪氨聚氧乙烯醚类破乳剂,最佳投加量为3 g/L,pH值为6,COD去除率为34.2%,含油量去除率为62.3%,混凝剂为有机胺混凝剂,最佳投加量为5 mg/L,pH值为6,COD去除率为52%.

Abstract

The removal effect of an organic polymer demulsifier and coagulant on COD in the wastewater was studied.The effects of demulsifier type,dosage and pH value,coagulant type,dosage and pH value on COD removal rate of wastewater were systematically investigated.The result showed that the demulsifier is fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether demulsifier,the optimal dosage is 3 g/L,pH value is 6,COD removal rate is 34.2%,oil content removal rate is 62.3%,coagulant is organic amine coagulant,the optimal dos-age is 5 mg/L,pH value is 6,and COD removal rate is 52%.
