Preparation and electrochemical properties of NiCo2S4/rGO composite materials with an eggshell membrane structure
NiCo2S4/rGO Composite was prepared with graphite oxide(GO)as raw material and MOFs ma-terial ZIF-67 as sacrificial template.The structure was characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,XPS and Ra-man,and the electrochemical properties was studied.The results show that the NiCo2S4/rGO composite material has eggshell-membrane structure,exhibited a specific capacitance of 1 350 F/g at a current den-sity of 1 A/g.When the current density increases to 20 A/g,the specific capacitance retention of NiCo2S4/rGO is 46.93%,which is 1.28 times that of pure NiCo2S4;the specific capacitance retention of 99.4%is realized after 3 000 cycles,which is higher than that after activation of pure NiCo2S4.
