综述了p分子筛合成方法从传统合成方法及改进和绿色及特殊性能合成方法,并对其合成机理、合成条件、工艺路线及其优缺点进行了全面分析与总结,展望了未来β分子筛合成方法的发展前景与研究方向,指出在诸多合成方法中,无溶剂晶化合成法、无钠合成法与无模板剂合成法在低成本合成和绿色环保方面都具有很大发展潜能。
Research progress of zeolite Beta synthesis
Summarized the synthesis methods of Beta molecular sieves have been comprehensively ana-lyzed and summarized from traditional synthesis methods and improved ones,as well as green and special performance synthesis methods.The synthesis mechanism,synthesis conditions,process routes,and their advantages and disadvantages have been comprehensively analyzed and summarized,and the future is ex-pected the development prospects and research directions of molecular sieve synthesis Beta methods,point out that among many synthesis methods,solvent-free crystallization synthesis,sodium free synthesis,and template free synthesis have great development potential in low-cost synthesis and green environmental protection.
