菌藻共生系统处理重金属废水的机理及其应用进展

首先从菌藻之间的关系介绍了菌藻共生系统。随后,阐述了菌藻共生系统处理重金属废水的机理,主要是细胞通过吸附作用将重金属附着在细胞壁表面,再将重金属运送到细胞内进行生物富集,以及胞外聚合物与重金属形成络合物去除重金属。最后,综述了菌藻共生系统处理畜禽养殖废水和矿山废水以及纺织废水的现状。归纳了菌藻共生系统处理重金属废水的优点以及现阶段存在的问题,并对发展前景进行了展望。
The mechanism and application progress of algae-bacteria symbiosis in treating heavy metal wastewater
This paper first introduces the algal-bacteria symbiosis mainly from the relationship between bacteria and algae.Then,the mechanism of treatment of heavy metal wastewater by algal-bacteria symbio-sis was described,mainly through the adsorption of heavy metal attached to the cell wall surface,and then transported heavy metal into the cell for biological enrichment,and the formation of complex between ex-tracellular polymer and heavy metal to remove heavy metal.Finally,the present situation of treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater,mine wastewater and textile wastewater by algal-bacteria symbiosis is re-viewed.The advantages and existing problems of the treatment of heavy metal wastewater by algal-bacteria symbiosis are summarized,and the development prospect is prospected.
