摘要

综述了垃圾焚烧烟气脱硫、脱硝、颗粒物和二噁英脱除技术的发展,总结了 3种垃圾焚烧烟气超低排放路线(路线1,SNCR炉内脱硝→机械旋转喷雾半干法脱酸→辅助干法脱酸→活性炭吸附→袋式除尘器→湿法洗涤塔/SCR脱硝→SCR脱硝/湿法洗涤塔;路线2,PNCR脱硝 半干法脱酸 袋式除尘器→湿法洗涤塔;路线3,干法脱酸→袋式除尘器→蒸汽加热器→SCR脱硝→湿法洗涤塔→湿式电除尘器).通过分析路线中各个目标污染物脱除设备对其他污染物的协同脱除机制,发现各个路线中的烟气净化设备彼此之间的影响较小,在此基础上,介绍了几种垃圾焚烧烟气多污染物协同脱除的一体化技术,并展望了未来垃圾焚烧烟气多污染物协同脱除技术的发展方向.

Abstract

The development of waste incineration flue gas desulfurization,denitrification,particulate matter and dioxin removal technologies was reviewed,and three current ultra-low emission routes of waste incin-eration flue gas were summarized,namely route 1,SNCR furnace denitrification→ mechanical rotary spray semi-dry deacidification→ assisted dry deacidification→ activated carbon adsorption → bag filter→ wet scrubber/SCR denitrification→ SCR denitration/wet scrubber;route 2,PNCR denitrification → semi-dry deacidification → bag filter → wet scrubber;route 3,dry deacidification → bag filter→ steam heater→SCR out-of-stock → wet scrubber→ wet electrostatic precipitator.By analyzing the collaborative removal mechanism of each target pollutant removal equipment on other pollutants in the route,it is found that the flue gas purification equipment in each route has less influence on each other.On this basis,several inte-grated technologies for the coordinated removal of multiple pollutants from waste incineration flue gas are introduced,and the development direction of the multi-pollutant collaborative removal technology of waste incineration flue gas is prospected in the future.
