渗透汽化用于脱硫废水浓缩减量的实验研究

摘要
探讨了渗透汽化工艺用于脱硫废水浓缩减量的可行性与工艺优势.结果表明,膜渗透通量最高可达13.8 L/(m2·h),水回收率超 70%时膜渗透通量达 7.4 L/(m2·h),渗透汽化出水水质稳定,出水电导率<50 μS/cm,COD<20 mg/L.同时考察了阻垢剂对膜污染的抑制效果,在 50%水回收率之前,阻垢剂的使用使得平均膜渗透通量提升22.5%.
Abstract
The feasibility and process advantages of pervaporation process for the concentration and reduc-tion of desulfurization wastewater were discussed.The results showed that the membrane permeation flux can reach 13.8 L/(m2·h),and the membrane permeation flux reaches 7.4 L/(m2·h)when the water recovery rate exceeds 70%.The water quality of pervaporation effluent is stable,and the effluent conduc-tivity is<50 μS/cm,COD<20 mg/L.At the same time,the inhibition effect of scale inhibitors on mem-brane fouling was investigated.The use of scale inhibitors before 50%water recovery increased the aver-age membrane permeation flux by 22.5%.
